Our full-service catering packages provide a delightful buffet-style setup, complete with heavy duty plates, utensils, paper napkins, and refreshing beverages, all designed to elevate your event. Enjoy 1.5 hours of exceptional service (guest serving time), ensuring your guests have a memorable dining experience. This ensures that you enjoy your event without a hassle.
Plated dinner with Servers Available: Server rate: $55.00 per hour, 3 Hour Minimum. Server Ratio: One server for every 22 - 25 guests.
Allergy: At Leo's Cuisine, we prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our clients. We will do our best to meet dietary needs. However, please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish, or wheat. We want to ensure all your guests can enjoy our food without concerns.
Payment Options: We prefer Checks, Zelle, or bank transfers to avoid additional transaction fees. Electronic Payments can be made using our QuickBooks System once you receive your invoice. Cancellations: Should it be necessary for you to cancel your event, any request from our clients must be received in writing via text message (480-934-4515). A cancellation and refund request will be accepted up to the noon deadline seven (7) calendar days before the event. Cancellation within seven days from your event. After that day, there will be NO REFUNDS for deposits because the scheduled date will not likely be booked, time invested in preparing your event, and items purchased to prepare for your event. We will refund 50% of your event fee if your event is paid in full or a catering order was placed on our website and it was paid in full.
NO REFUNDS for CANCELLATIONS 24 hrs. from your event or the Day of the EVENT.
Bookings: We will work under the instructions of the person who signs the contract, the person listed on our invoice, or the person assigned to ensure that you agree upon our service.
Date of Service: Leo’s Cuisine will need access to the event location 90 minutes before the start time listed in this contract to start setting up. (The Setting Area should be reviewed prior to your event.) To better serve you, please have dogs on a leash at the time of service; this will also help us begin our service on time.
Extras: Extra Serving Time is $50.00 per 30 minutes. Extra Foil pans for leftover food are available at 5 for $25.
